- For confirmation of booking or cancellation, please kindly send us an email and we will assist you
in the best way we can. - For any reservations made through online booking websites, we conform to their refund policies.
- For reservations made through MEEYA website, 100% of refund will be given if you cancel 7 days
prior to the arrival date, 50% of refund will be given if you cancel 5 days prior to the arrival date,
and no refund will be given to any cancellation notices of 4 days or shorter.
Check-in time is 3pm or later, and check-out time is at 10am. If you anticipate your arrival to be sooner than 3pm,
please contact our staff so we can make appropriate arrangements.

- Smoking is prohibited in the building and on the terrace.
- Food consumption is not allowed in the rooms. (You may use the common lounge on the 2nd floor)
- Please be advised of others and keep your voices down.
- No pets allowed.
- ※ Common lounge is open until 8pm. Please put everything back in its place.
